Assam Polls: Amit Shah Targets Congress Over Infiltration, Assures No Uniform Civil Code for Tribals

Union Home Minister Amit Shah categorically reaffirmed that the Uniform Civil Code will not affect tribal communities in Assam. He criticized the Congress for failing to curtail infiltration in the Garo Hills and promised action to deport all identified illegal entrants.
